CAN YOU CUSTOMISE THE ITEM?

Yes! By going to a specific product and clicking “Request Customisation” you can fill in our contact form with your requirements, please provide your details so we can contact you if needed. The enquiry will be sent to our team who will be back to you within 1-2 working days depending on your requirements.

 CAN I SHORTEN/LENGTHEN THE SUSPENSION?

Yes! All fittings come with 1mtr suspension as standard which can be shortened. If you require a longer suspension

 I NEED AN ITEM SOONER WHAT SHOULD I DO?

On your desired product, by clicking the button that says “Need it sooner?” you can fill in our contact form with your requirements, please provide your details so we can contact you if needed. DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS?

On the product page, please click the button “Trade Enquiries”, fill in the form with your desired requirements, quantity, delivery location and contact details, this will in turn send a message to our team who will look into your enquiry. We will confirm back via email with a discount code that can be used in the checkout process.

 DO YOUR LIGHTS INCLUDE LAMPS?

No…However Lamp information is provided within the additional information of the fitting.

We recommend using an LED Lamp with all our fittings as they are the most energy efficient.

If you require any further technical information please contact our team who will be happy to assist you.

 DO YOUR PENDANT LIGHTS COME WITH CEILING BASE?

Yes! All of our Pendant fittings come supplied with a Ceiling Base.

 HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Click on your desired product, choose your colour options required and quantity, add them to the basket.

Click “View Basket”, this will bring up all items that you have added.

If you have a promotional code…add this and it will be shown at the end of the checkout process.

Click Proceed to checkout.

Add in your Billing/Delivery address and any other information that we might need to know (e.g. Please leave delivery with a neighbour)

Choose your payment method, fill in your details via the payment screen.

Once you are done, click place order. This will send your order to our team who will take care of it for you.

During this process, you will received 2 emails. One will be an order confirmation, confirming that we have received your order and it is in progress. The other will be a dispatch notification once the items are ready, which will give you the date of dispatch and an approximate arrival date for your items.

I DON’T WISH TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT, CAN I CHECK OUT AS A GUEST?

Yes! You will be able to checkout as a guest, this option will show in the payment process

 CAN WE VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS IN A SHOWROOM?

Yes! We do have a showroom where you can see all of our products that are shown on our website.

Visits to our showroom are open to the public Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer payment through Stripe which is a safe and secure process.

DELIVERY CHARGES

A £9.50 minimum charge to cover carriage & handling will be added at checkout on all orders

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the courier’s details and consignment number to track your order online.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Our lighting is manufactured in our factory in Hertfordshire. If your order is in stock it will be dispatched within 5 -7 working days. If items need to be made, your order will be dispatched within 3 weeks.
Although we hold some stock, please be reassured that we will inform you if a delay is expected once your order is placed. Feel free to call if on a tight deadline.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you placed your order over the phone with us, our sales advisors will confirm all orders immediately via email.
If you placed an order on our website, you should receive an automatically generated order confirmation shortly afterwards.
If you are concerned that you have not received an order confirmation, please call us on +44(0)1462 441920 and we will resend it.
